Since Limitech’s origin decades ago, the process after the purchase has always been just as important as the purchase itself. The company placed out in the Danish countryside, is highly focused on their client’s experience with the company after the purchase is completed. The service department is continually developing to ensure the best service and to keep on strengthening the efficiency of the department.

Limitech’s service department, among others, include:

  • Excellent sparring with our service manager and operators.
  • Demo & Testing: We test all our solutions before shipping to our customers. This is to guarantee a flawless process just as you are welcome to come and try a demo before completing the purchase. This can be done both on-site and remotely.
  • Consulting: At Limitech we are no longer than a call away, and we are always ready to help you. We virtue to deliver quick consulting support as efficient as possible.
  • Machine Engineering: For decades Limitech has provided specialized engineering for all its clients to guarantee customized, effective and fast solutions for their processes.
  • Service: With Limitech by your side you can count on getting a solid foundation for your business. When your equipment is installed and running, we guarantee its performance.

Through our experienced service team, you can always, within business hours, get in contact with one of our service workers to receive help if it should be required, or we will contact you as quickly as possible. This is to guarantee you will not be shut down longer than necessary as we know that at the end of the day – time is money and we will make sure to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Christmas and the holiday here in Denmark are near, and we would like to carefully advise you to start thinking about possible needs of service or spare parts. We advise you to order your spare parts before the 17th of December if you desperately need your parts before Christmas. Because of pressure of busyness, transportation can take longer than normal, and we therefore recommend you order your spare parts in good time. 

The office will be closed from: 23rd of December to the 2nd of January.
